Travis personally connected a new Fujitsu 5kW unit at my property in Erowal Bay. He was extremely prompt and professional in carrying out the work, and at a very reasonable cost. I couldn't fault his service in any way and will without hesitation ask him to install another two units in the near future.
Outside cover installation is an eyesore. Owner inspected poor workmanship at my request and said it would have been difficult to cut around cover strips (?) but he would return the next day with a new corner cover. Spaces in wall cover strips should have been cut to install the cover .. in tact .. flush against the wall but seems he or the installers couldn't see that. As he was leaving he said see you tomorrow or maybe not. Of course he didn't return the next day or ever and I was left with an eyesore that devalued my home. Airconditioner works well though so thank you for that.
Attended and quoted after business hours, good answers for the many questions I had. Good deal on the supply and install. Install looks neat and professional, no mess. 5 years warranty given.
